So, Jessica Simpson got engaged about a week after Nick Lachey announced his engagement. My money is on Nick for a lasting (in celebrity time) marriage. He and Vanessa have been together for years now, yeah they broke up for a short time, but worked it out. How many boyfriends has Jessica had since her divorce from Nick? Most regrettably, John Mayer. I just don't see this wedding happening. Besides, what sort of engagement ring is that? Kind of tacky and not very traditional, it doesn't even look like a wedding ring.
