Demi Lovato has left the in-patient rehab center she entered in November 2010 to treat unspecified "emotional and physical issues," though People magazine reported that a source close to Demi Lovato claimed she'd suffered from cutting and eating disorders.
Celebuzz reports that Demi Lovato left rehab and returned to Los Angeles this week and will enter an outpatient treatment program.
