"Hold It Against Me" WHEN?

There are so many rumors that nobody knows what to believe!
Britney has worked more than a year on her 7th studio album, and still she is recording in studios and still songwriters are writing songs for her! Her first single was supposed to premier on the 7th of january. But her manager tweeted:
Sorry guys, but never pay attention to unofficial announcements. Just trying to clarify. Please don't "hold it against me" -Adam, Manager
And later he tweeted:
Unless of course it's an official announcement coming in January. STAY TUNED..... -Adam Leber, Manager
Britney's single is coming early in this month, but the big question is "When?"
poorbritney.com was told, by a good source, that the single would be promoted on facebook. But because this promotion method was leaked, they deleted it. And again, the same source told poorbritney.com that Jive, Britney's label, is targeting general music blogs, like mtv.com and Yahoo! But again there was more information about the Facebook promotion method! In the end, nobody knows when the single will be released and nobody knows how it's going to be promoted! And if this wasn't crazy and confusing enough, a Britney Team member tweeted:

And now poorbritney.com posted that the single will be promoted on twitter with a 'Buy this' button and on several radio stations at the same time! Not only her fans wanna hear Britney's new sound! Also the radio stations are killing each-other because they wanna have the preview! I think Britney is doing it great because with all this confusion rumors she has got the attention of the whole music and blogger industry!
So I hope the single will be released very soon, because I can't wait any longer!
