According to TMZ, Hines was a passenger in a friends car 2am this morning when police ran the plates and noticed the car had been reported stolen.
Police pulled the car over and ordered Hines and his female friend out the car at gunpoint and handcuffed them.
The female explained that she did report her car stolen after an incident involving valet but FORGOT to tell the po po she found her car (O_o)
The police verified her story and let them go with no further incident. The police said Hines was very understanding (I would've checked ole girl)
How You forget to call the police back and say "Hey, I found my car"???? #JustSayin
